Please read these terms carefully before using Lumipic. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lumipic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Lumipic provides AI-powered product photo enhancement services. You upload product images, and our AI generates studio-quality versions with professional backgrounds, lighting, and composition. The Service includes background removal, image resizing for marketplaces, AI lifestyle scene generation, and AI-generated listing copy.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Pricing and Payment
New accounts receive 3 free image credits. Additional images can be purchased on a pay-per-image basis or through monthly subscription plans. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital image processing services, we do not offer refunds on credits purchased, pay-per-image transactions, or subscription payments. We encourage you to use your 3 free credits to evaluate the Service before making any purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your processed images, please contact us and we will re-process your images at no additional cost.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your original product images. You are granted a perpetual, royalty-free commercial license to use any images generated by the Service. You may use generated images on any marketplace, website, or marketing material without restriction. Lumipic does not claim ownership of your uploaded or generated images.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload images you do not have the right to use; use the Service to generate misleading or fraudulent product representations; attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the AI models or underlying technology; use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns; or upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Image Storage and Deletion
Processed images are stored securely for 14 days after generation. Original uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing is complete. After the 14-day retention period, all generated images are permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download your images within this period.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Lumipic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits or remaining subscription time are forfeited upon termination.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
